RPF Is Manager Now
There were disputes after Cewan Retired as to who would take over as leader. When the election was not recognised by some, many RPF troops defected to ARC, and a civil war was threatening to break out. Ziehen declared himself leader and negotiated with the ARC leadership as to how to re-unite the two sides. Omega39 received the responsibility of supervising the election and Super Paco24 was elected with an absolute majority.

On 03 September 2011, Super Paco24 was replaced by ζιεΗεη as RPF leader. The latter went back to the old system, and against all odds, he vowed to keep governmental influence to a bare minimum (basically none). ATM 23 originally resigned with his leader, but both returned a week after. Just three weeks later, ATM 23 re-gained his 2ic spot back. Some call this a “retrolution;” in the end, RPF did not gain anything throughout the days and RPF really wasn’t getting anywhere in it’s struggles to stay alive. Ziehen then held elections before he would retire from the RPF for a final time.

RPF BEYOND
With Ziehen getting older and getting bored of the Club Penguin Armies Community, he decided to retire. Due to high troop desires, an election was held. More than six people ran at first. By the fourth round it was ATM 23 Vs. Red Gush24. ATM 23 won 11-4 in votes. ATM 23 then became leader. After many struggles internally with ATM being the only active person, Super Paco24 joined ATM 23, both of them being co-leaders. RPF thrilled and made it to number 9 in the CPAC Top 10. Glory then was swept away and the RPF went straight down. ATM 23, Super Paco 24, and 2ic Tal had no choice but to shut down RPF and begin a full on restart of the Rebel Penguin Federation. Eventually, ATM and Paco both quit the RPF, leaving RPF to Ghjrks147 to have leader. She only lasted 5 days until Ashes1627 demanded RPF have a proper elections for leader, in which Tal won.

The Dark Ages (Originally: Fumbly Ass Bitch Era)
After RPF showed no improvements and still showed endless signs of weakness with averaging of six people at events and going through countless co-leaders to Tal, Tal decided to merge RPF into it’s reason for creation, UMA. The move infuriated RPF Veterans and a couple loyal soldiers, in the end, Cas, ATM, and Ziehen helped straighten everything out to get RPF back up and running. After a long dispute on who was to be the next leader(s), Cas stepped up to the plate and help a vote for his co-leader. Alex_N then won with the majority of the votes.

Return To The Dark Ages (Originally: Return To Fumbly Ass Bitchness)
Considered a ‘filler period’ since all leaderships were insignificant and all RPF did was ‘overthrow’ or ‘coup’ leaders and switch chats literally every three days. A new low in RPF, bringing in the randomest of people to lead and be high ranks. All of these leaders and high ranks eventually failed at their jobs, proving RPF is unique (in a good and bad way) and that it takes a certain kind of leader to lead.

RPF Victory
In May 2013 RPF’s First Second in Command: Elmikey, rejoined the Rebel Penguin Federation. He was known as the greatest army recruiter in 2007. Elmikey retired from RPF in late 2007, disappearing completely in 2008. Although he visited RPF a few times throughout the years, he never stayed. In May 2013 Elmikey decided to make a full return to the RPF. Within no time at all RPF began to rise, the army saw sizes no one has ever seen in years. Elmikey was forgotten in history and time, but not anymore. RPF went from maxing sizes of 5-10 to reaching sizes of 70-100+ regularly. The Rebel Penguin Federation stood as the #1 Army throughout Elmikey’s leadership. Always staying in the top 3, unless Elmikey went on vacation, RPF would fall to the lower top 10. Elmikey became CP Army Legend & Person of the Year in 6 months of leading RPF. His recruiting brought in a new generation of members for all armies. It is said that he has led Club Penguin Armies out of the Dark Ages. He may be the reason CP Armies are even alive today. His recruiting brought in a whole new world of recruits, during this RPF Victory Era & Also RPFs creation in 2007. During his time leading RPF defeated all it’s enemies, some armies never recovering. Then in February 2014, Elmikey left the RPF because the army became corrupted. His own people were tricked into turning against him. After Elmikey left RPF it only saw a short burst of success, cause his haters who wanted him to be defeated joined for a day. The RPF soon fell. However, things started to turn around when Silver built an AUSIA division that maxed 40-50 on weekend events and when new leaders like Tanner were put into the army. Soon, the RPF rose and reached #1 on CPAC numerous times. But soon, when Silver and other leaders retired, RPF fell once again. They had short bursts into the top 10, but they definitely weren’t the army they once were.

Elmikey was exiled in February 2014. The RPF Victory era came to an end during the final days of Summer 2014. RPF Fallen began once the summer of 2014 finished. We wish not to remember most of those involved during these times.

RPF Victory Return
On Thursday March 12th, 2015 Elmikey regained control of the Rebel Penguin Federation. He was exiled for 13 months, kept out of RPF by enemies within. He got in once or twice before, but was quickly banned by the bad leaders that took the army. He regained control of RPF when it’s leaders decided to shut it down, but they stated that nobody else would be allowed to lead RPF except them. Well a supporter of Elm’s tricked one of the RPF leaders into him admin, then he used it to give Elmikey admin, so then Elmikey could remove everyone beside Commando & himself from RPF & restart RPF. On Friday the 13th, 2015 Elmikey announced the reopening of RPF. Elmikey and Silver took RPF by the horns and took it from SMAP all the way to Number 1 on CPAC! RPF started maxing 50+ with ease and even eclipsed 70 at huge battles. RPF was truly back under the two greatest heroes RPF has ever known.

Hello my fellow RPF friends, soldiers and veterans, it is in troubled times that I speak to you now. RPF is on the road to ruin. The army was thought to be in such a bad shape that an RPF LEADER merged it into UMA, I do not know about you, but I cannot think of anything more blasphemous or lacking in respect for the noble institution that is the Rebel Penguin Federation. I know I have led UMA many times before and also have great respect for UMA, but I have always known where to draw the line. UMA and RPF do not mix.
As a result of this forced merge (which the soldiers and guardians did not agree to) myself ATM and Ziehen had a meeting to discuss what could be done, the consensus of this was that RPF is a sovereign army which should never be allowed to cease to exist. After discussion we decided that Tal had had the opportunity of leading RPF, and obviously he had not succeeded in this task, this post is not here to discredit Tal, but to explain the facts. As a result of our decisions we went on RPF chat and asked what they thought, everyone unanimously agreed that RPF should un-merge from UMA and become it’s own army.
Therefore we decided that we should confront Tal to decide what could be done to resolve the situation. He still refused to un-merge the RPF and therefore we decided to ask him to resign, before we could do that he quit RPF, chaos ensued and a new Leader was desired. Cas recommended Ziehen for the position off leader but he did not wish to take it up.
Various other candidates were suggested such as Flappy, but eventually ATM decided we were getting nowhere and suggested that I lead along with someone else. I refused to lead RPF unless the people were behind me, so a quick vote was held on chat and everyone unanimously started screaming ‘CAS,CAS,CAS,CAS,CAS,CAS’, it was rather scary :D, I therefore accepted the nomination. Many of you know there is a controversial banishment against me which prohibits me from joining RPF, l told the people that I couldn’t join if the banishment wasn’t removed, so a loophole within the banishment was found and I was therefore un-banished from RPF.
It was decided that another Leader would be needed to help me get RPF on track again, a quick election was held with most of the owner ranks putting there names forward, along with a few retirees. ATM was the favourite to win the election, but pledged his support to Alex N, Alex N was declared the other leader with a 3/4 majority, I must tell you now that I am very pleased to be working with Alex and I think we’ll make a good team.
After speaking with Ashes on Facebook, I was informed that we would be getting rpfarmy.com back soon, but for now we shall be using this website.
The ranks have been cleared, in order for us to determine the scale of work that needs to be done for RPF, we need people to re-submit themselves for the ranks, your rank will be determined by experience in RPF and experience in other armies. Invading Icey Troops
I was reading Icey Troops post when suddenly I saw this…
“Ice edit: Isn’t it a coincidence that RPF invades while we are war with FGR? Maybe next time RPF can inform us through xat instead of a comment.
So apparently, RPF invaded Glacier yesterday, only informing us through a comment (This is why I hate it one day notice events), and are invading Blizzard on Thursday. Additionally, we are invading Sasquatch tomorrow, and we are retaking Glacier on Friday.”
So how can RPF invade Glacier already when the event didnt even take place yet? Well i guess their giving Glacier to us how nice of Icey Troops :). Whats the Point of invading an army when all their servers aren’t even theirs. How did Icey Troops get blizzard,bobsled,hibernate,Glacier when they have no invasions yet except for hibernate which rpf now owns?
To me Icey Troops have no servers left, They gave Glacier to us,they never invaded Bobsled from us and we invaded Hibernate from them that just leaves one server that they may own and that is blizzard, Do they even own Blizzard? Do they even have Proof? No not at all.
What is the point for RPF invading blizzard when the army who we are invading it from someone who doesn’t even own it?
